Monsieur le Président,
permettez-moi de m’adresser à vous, en cette heure où le sort du monde entier est menacé par une conspiration mondiale contre Dieu et l’humanité. Je vous écris en tant qu’archevêque, en tant que successeur des apôtres, en tant qu’ancien nonce apostolique aux États-Unis d’Amérique. Je vous écris dans le silence des autorités civiles et religieuses: puissiez-vous accueillir mes paroles comme la « voix de celui qui crie dans le désert » (Jn 1, 23).
Comme j’ai eu l’occasion de vous l’écrire dans ma Lettre en juin dernier, ce moment historique voit les forces du Mal déployées dans une bataille sans merci contre les forces du Bien; des forces du Mal qui semblent puissantes et organisées face aux enfants de la Lumière, désorientés et désorganisés, abandonnés par leurs chefs temporels et spirituels.
Nous entendons se multiplier les attaques de ceux qui veulent démolir les fondements mêmes de la société: la famille naturelle, le respect de la vie humaine, l’amour de la patrie, la liberté d’éducation et d’entreprise. Nous voyons les dirigeants des nations et les chefs religieux soutenir ce suicide de la culture occidentale et de son âme chrétienne, tandis que les citoyens et les croyants sont privés de leurs droits fondamentaux, au nom d’une urgence sanitaire qui se révèle de plus en plus une instrumentalisation pour l’instauration d’une tyrannie inhumaine sans visage.
Un plan global, appelé Great Reset, est en voie de réalisation. Les artisans en sont une élite qui veut soumettre l’ensemble de l’humanité, en imposant des mesures coercitives qui limitent drastiquement les libertés des personnes et des peuples. Dans certains pays, ce projet a déjà été approuvé et financé ; dans d’autres, il en est encore à ses débuts. Derrière les dirigeants mondiaux, les complices et les exécutants de ce projet infernal, il y a des gens sans scrupules qui financent le World Economic Forum et l’Event 201 [ndt: exercice de simulation de pandémie, mené en partenariat avec la Fondation Bill et Melinda Gates et le Forum économique mondial, qui a eu lieu en octobre 2019, Source] , en faisant la promotion de son programme.
Le but du Great Reset est l’imposition d’une dictature sanitaire visant à imposer des mesures liberticides, cachées derrière des promesses attrayantes d’assurer un revenu universel et d’annuler la dette des individus. Le prix de ces concessions du Fonds monétaire international devrait être la renonciation à la propriété privée et l’adhésion à un programme de vaccination contre les infections Covid-19 et Covid-21 promu par Bill Gates avec la collaboration de grands groupes pharmaceutiques. Au-delà des énormes intérêts économiques qui animent les promoteurs du Great Reset, l’imposition de la vaccination sera accompagnée de l’obligation d’un passeport sanitaire et d’une carte d’identité numérique, avec pour conséquence le suivi des contacts de toute la population mondiale. Toute personne qui n’accepte pas de se soumettre à ces mesures sera confinée dans des camps de détention ou assignée à résidence, et tous ses biens seront confisqués.
Monsieur le Président, j’imagine que cette nouvelle vous est déjà connue : dans certains pays, le Great Reset devrait être activé entre la fin de cette année et le premier trimestre de 2021. À cette fin, d’autres mesures de confinement sont prévues, officiellement justifiées par une deuxième et une troisième vague présumées de la pandémie. Vous savez quels moyens ont été déployés pour semer la panique et légitimer des restrictions draconiennes des libertés individuelles, provoquant habilement une crise économique mondiale. Dans les intentions de ses créateurs, cette crise sert à rendre irréversible le recours des États au Great Reset, donnant le coup de grâce à un monde dont on veut effacer complètement l’existence et la mémoire. Mais ce monde, Monsieur le Président, porte avec lui personnes, affections, institutions, foi, culture, traditions, idéaux : des personnes et des valeurs qui n’agissent pas comme des automates, qui n’obéissent pas comme des machines, parce qu’elles ont une âme et un cœur, parce qu’elles sont liées entre elles par un lien spirituel qui tire sa force d’en haut, de ce Dieu que nos adversaires veulent défier, comme Lucifer l’a fait au début des temps avec son « non serviam« .
Beaucoup – nous le savons bien – considèrent avec agacement cet appel au choc entre le Bien et le Mal, l’utilisation de tons « apocalyptiques », qui selon eux exaspèrent les âmes et aiguisent les divisions. Il n’est pas surprenant que l’ennemi se sente découvert au moment même où il croit avoir atteint sans être dérangé la citadelle à conquérir. Il est toutefois surprenant qu’il n’y ait personne pour tirer la sonnette d’alarme. La réaction du Deep State à ceux qui dénoncent son plan est incohérente, mais compréhensible. Juste au moment où la complicité des médias mainstream a réussi à rendre la transition vers le nouvel ordre mondial presque indolore et inaperçue, des tromperies, des scandales et des crimes sont mis au jour.
Jusqu’à il y a quelques mois, il était facile de réduire au rang de « conspirationnistes » ceux qui dénonçaient ces terribles plans, que nous voyons maintenant réalisés dans les moindres détails. Personne, jusqu’en février dernier, n’aurait jamais pensé qu’on en viendrait, dans toutes nos villes, à arrêter des citoyens pour le seul fait de vouloir marcher dans la rue, de respirer, de vouloir garder son négoce ouvert, d’aller à la messe le dimanche. Pourtant, cela se passe partout dans le monde, même dans cette Italie de carte postale que beaucoup d’Américains considèrent comme un petit pays enchanté, avec ses monuments anciens, ses églises, ses villes enchanteresses, ses villages caractéristiques. Et tandis que les politiciens sont barricadés dans leurs palais pour promulguer des décrets comme les satrapes persans, les activités font faillite, les magasins ferment, les gens sont empêchés de vivre, de se déplacer, de travailler, de prier. Les conséquences psychologiques désastreuses de cette opération sont déjà visibles, à commencer par les suicides d’entrepreneurs désespérés, et par nos enfants, séparés de leurs amis et de leurs camarades pour suivre leurs cours devant un ordinateur.
Dans l’Écriture Sainte, saint Paul nous parle de « celui qui s’oppose » à la manifestation du mystère d’iniquité, le kathèkon (2Th 2,6-7). Dans le domaine religieux, cet obstacle est l’Église et en particulier la papauté; dans le domaine politique, c’est lui qui empêche l’établissement du Nouvel Ordre Mondial.
Comme c’est désormais évident, celui qui occupe le siège de Pierre a, dès le début, trahi son propre rôle, pour défendre et promouvoir l’idéologie mondialiste, en suivant l’agenda de la Deep Church, qui l’a choisi dans son sein.
Monsieur le Président, vous avez clairement déclaré que vous vouliez défendre la nation – One Nation under God -, les libertés fondamentales, les valeurs non négociables qui sont niées et combattues aujourd’hui. C’est vous, cher Président, « celui qui s’oppose » au Deep State, à l’assaut final des enfants des ténèbres.
C’est pourquoi toutes les personnes de bonne volonté doivent être persuadées de l’importance capitale des prochaines élections : non pas tant à cause de tel ou tel point du programme politique, mais plutôt parce que c’est l’inspiration générale de votre action qui incarne le mieux – dans ce contexte historique particulier – ce monde, notre monde, que l’on voudrait effacer par le lockdown. Votre adversaire est aussi le nôtre: il est l’Ennemi de l’humanité, celui qui est « meurtrier dès le commencement » (Jn 8, 44).
Autour de vous se rassemblent avec confiance et courage ceux qui vous considèrent comme l’ultime garnison contre la dictature mondiale. L’alternative est de voter pour un personnage manipulé par le Deep State, gravement compromis dans les scandales et la corruption, qui fera aux États-Unis ce que Jorge Mario Bergoglio fait à l’Église, le Premier ministre Conte à l’Italie, le président Macron à la France, le Premier ministre Sanchez à l’Espagne, etc. La possibilité de faire chanter Joe Biden – comme les prélats du « cercle magique » vatican – permettra de l’utiliser sans scrupules, consentant à des pouvoirs illégitimes de s’immiscer dans la politique intérieure et les équilibres internationaux. Il est clair que ceux qui le manœuvrent ont déjà quelqu’un de pire que lui prêt à le remplacer dès que l’occasion se présente.
Pourtant, dans ce tableau désolant, dans cette avancée apparemment inexorable de « l’Ennemi invisible », un élément d’espoir émerge. L’adversaire ne sait pas aimer, et ne comprend pas qu’il ne suffit pas d’assurer un revenu universel ou d’annuler les hypothèques pour assujettir les masses et les convaincre de se faire marquer comme du bétail. Ce peuple, qui a trop longtemps subi les abus d’un pouvoir haineux et tyrannique, redécouvre qu’il a une âme; il comprend qu’il n’est pas disposé à troquer sa liberté contre l’uniformisation et l’effacement de son identité; il commence à comprendre la valeur des liens familiaux et sociaux, des liens de foi et de culture qui unissent les honnêtes gens. Ce Great Reset est voué à l’échec parce que ceux qui l’ont planifié ne comprennent pas qu’il y a encore des gens qui sont prêts à descendre dans la rue pour défendre leurs droits, protéger leurs proches, donner un avenir à leurs enfants. L’inhumanité nivelante du projet mondialiste sera misérablement brisée face à l’opposition ferme et courageuse des enfants de la Lumière. L’ennemi a Satan à ses côtés, qui ne sait que haïr. Nous avons à nos côtés le Seigneur tout-puissant, le Dieu des armées déployées dans la bataille, et la Très Sainte Vierge, qui écrasera la tête de l’ancien Serpent. « Si Dieu est pour nous, qui sera contre nous ? » (Rm 8, 31).
Monsieur le Président, vous savez parfaitement combien les États-Unis d’Amérique, en cette heure cruciale, sont considérés comme le rempart contre lequel s’est déchaînée la guerre déclarée par les partisans du mondialisme. Mettez votre confiance dans le Seigneur, renforcé par les paroles de l’Apôtre : « Je peux tout en celui qui me donne la force » (Ph 4, 13). Être un instrument de la divine Providence est une grande responsabilité, à laquelle correspondront certainement les grâces d’état nécessaires, ardemment implorées par les nombreux qui vous soutiennent par leurs prières.

To the President of the United States of America
Donald J. Trump
Mister President,
Allow me to address you at this hour in which the fate of the whole world is being threatened by a global conspiracy against God and humanity. I write to you as an archbishop, as a successor of the Apostles, as the former apostolic nuncio to the United States of America. I am writing to you in the midst of the silence of both civil and religious authorities. May you accept these words of mine as the "voice of one crying out in the desert" (John 1:23).
As I said when I wrote my letter to you in June, this historical moment sees the forces of evil aligned in a battle without quarter against the forces of good — forces of evil that appear powerful and organized as they oppose the children of Light, who are disoriented and disorganized, abandoned by their temporal and spiritual leaders.
Daily we sense the attacks multiplying of those who want to destroy the very basis of society: the natural family, respect for human life, love of country, freedom of education and business. We see heads of nations and religious leaders pandering to this suicide of Western culture and its Christian soul, while the fundamental rights of citizens and believers are denied in the name of a health emergency that is revealing itself more and more fully as instrumental to the establishment of an inhuman, faceless tyranny.
A global plan called the Great Reset is underway. Its architect is a global élite that wants to subdue all of humanity, imposing coercive measures with which to drastically limit individual freedoms and those of entire populations. In several nations this plan has already been approved and financed; in others it is still in an early stage. Behind the world leaders who are the accomplices and executors of this infernal project, there are unscrupulous characters who finance the World Economic Forum and Event 201, promoting their agenda.
The purpose of the Great Reset is the imposition of a health dictatorship aiming at the imposition of liberticidal measures, hidden behind tempting promises of ensuring a universal income and canceling individual debt. The price of these concessions from the International Monetary Fund will be the renunciation of private property and adherence to a program of vaccination against COVID-19 and COVID-21 promoted by Bill Gates with the collaboration of the main pharmaceutical groups. Beyond the enormous economic interests that motivate the promoters of the Great Reset, the imposition of the vaccination will be accompanied by the requirement of a health passport and a digital ID, with the consequent contact tracing of the population of the entire world. Those who do not accept these measures will be confined in detention camps or placed under house arrest, and all their assets will be confiscated.
Mr. President, I imagine that you are already aware that in some countries the Great Reset will be activated between the end of this year and the first trimester of 2021. For this purpose, further lockdowns are planned, which will be officially justified by a supposed second and third wave of the pandemic. You are well aware of the means that have been deployed to sow panic and legitimize draconian limitations on individual liberties, artfully provoking a worldwide economic crisis. In the intentions of its architects, this crisis will serve to make the recourse of nations to the Great Reset irreversible, thereby giving the final blow to a world whose existence and very memory they want to completely cancel. But this world, Mr. President, includes people, affections, institutions, faith, culture, traditions and ideals: people and values that do not act like automatons, who do not obey like machines, because they are endowed with a soul and a heart, because they are tied together by a spiritual bond that draws its strength from above, from that God that our adversaries want to challenge, just as Lucifer did at the beginning of time with his "non serviam."
Many people — as we well know — are annoyed by this reference to the clash between good and evil and the use of "apocalyptic" overtones, which according to them exasperates spirits and sharpens divisions. It is not surprising that the enemy is angered at being discovered just when he believes he has reached the citadel he seeks to conquer undisturbed. What is surprising, however, is that there is no one to sound the alarm. The reaction of the deep State to those who denounce its plan is broken and incoherent but understandable. Just when the complicity of the mainstream media had succeeded in making the transition to the New World Order almost painless and unnoticed, all sorts of deceptions, scandals and crimes are coming to light.
Until a few months ago, it was easy to smear as "conspiracy theorists" those who denounced these terrible plans, which we now see being carried out down to the smallest detail. No one, up until last February, would ever have thought that, in all of our cities, citizens would be arrested simply for wanting to walk down the street, to breathe, to want to keep their business open, to want to go to church on Sunday. Yet now it is happening all over the world, even in picture-postcard Italy that many Americans consider to be a small enchanted country, with its ancient monuments, its churches, its charming cities, its characteristic villages. And while the politicians are barricaded inside their palaces promulgating decrees like Persian satraps, businesses are failing, shops are closing, and people are prevented from living, traveling, working and praying. The disastrous psychological consequences of this operation are already being seen, beginning with the suicides of desperate entrepreneurs and of our children, segregated from friends and classmates, told to follow their classes while sitting at home alone in front of a computer.
In Sacred Scripture, St. Paul speaks to us of "the one who opposes" the manifestation of the mystery of iniquity, the kathèkon (2 Thessalonians 2:6–7). In the religious sphere, this obstacle to evil is the Church, and in particular the papacy; in the political sphere, it is those who impede the establishment of the New World Order.
As is now clear, the one who occupies the Chair of Peter has betrayed his role from the very beginning in order to defend and promote the globalist ideology, supporting the agenda of the deep Church, who chose him from its ranks.
Mr. President, you have clearly stated that you want to defend the nation — One Nation under God, fundamental liberties and non-negotiable values that are denied and fought against today. It is you, dear president, who are "the one who opposes" the deep State, the final assault of the children of darkness.
For this reason, it is necessary that all people of goodwill be persuaded of the epochal importance of the imminent election, not so much for the sake of this or that political program, but because of the general inspiration of your action that best embodies — in this particular historical context — that world, our world, which they want to cancel by means of the lockdown. Your adversary is also our adversary: It is the enemy of the human race, He who is "a murderer from the beginning" (John 8:44).
Around you are gathered with faith and courage those who consider you the final garrison against the world dictatorship. The alternative is to vote for a person who is manipulated by the deep State, gravely compromised by scandals and corruption, who will do to the United States what Jorge Mario Bergoglio is doing to the Church, Prime Minister Conte to Italy, President Macron to France, Prime Minster Sánchez to Spain, and so on. The blackmailable nature of Joe Biden — just like that of the prelates of the Vatican's "magic circle" — will expose him to be used unscrupulously, allowing illegitimate powers to interfere in both domestic politics as well as international balances. It is obvious that those who manipulate him already have someone worse than him ready, with whom they will replace him as soon as the opportunity arises.
And yet, in the midst of this bleak picture, this apparently unstoppable advance of the "invisible enemy," an element of hope emerges. The adversary does not know how to love, and it does not understand that it is not enough to assure a universal income or to cancel mortgages in order to subjugate the masses and convince them to be branded like cattle. This people, which for too long has endured the abuses of a hateful and tyrannical power, is rediscovering that it has a soul; it is understanding that it is not willing to exchange its freedom for the homogenization and cancellation of its identity; it is beginning to understand the value of familial and social ties, of the bonds of faith and culture that unite honest people. This Great Reset is destined to fail because those who planned it do not understand that there are still people ready to take to the streets to defend their rights, to protect their loved ones, to give a future to their children and grandchildren. The leveling inhumanity of the globalist project will shatter miserably in the face of the firm and courageous opposition of the children of Light. The enemy has Satan on its side, He who only knows how to hate. But on our side, we have the Lord Almighty, the God of armies arrayed for battle, and the Most Holy Virgin, who will crush the head of the ancient Serpent. "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31).
Mr. President, you are well aware that, in this crucial hour, the United States of America is considered the defending wall against which the war declared by the advocates of globalism has been unleashed. Place your trust in the Lord, strengthened by the words of the Apostle Paul: "I can do all things in Him who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). To be an instrument of divine providence is a great responsibility, for which you will certainly receive all the graces of state that you need, since they are being fervently implored for you by the many people who support you with their prayers.
With this heavenly hope and the assurance of my prayer for you, for the first lady, and for your collaborators, with all my heart I send you my blessing.
